This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Rapidly qualify and convert inbound leads.
• Effectively prospect within target accounts defined by our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Clearly communicate and sell the benefits of LaunchDarkly’s platform subscriptions.
• Prepare for and conduct discovery sessions with new prospects to showcase LaunchDarkly’s core use cases and the advantages of our usage-based pricing model.
• Acquire knowledge of third-party architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) to accurately position and price our usage-based model.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to customize and present demonstrations.
• Execute proof of concept sessions for potential clients.
• Cultivate, build, and enhance relationships with existing customers, showcasing product usage and capabilities while developing new opportunities.
• Identify and develop new opportunities from our current customer base.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Educate, promote, and guide our customers toward a successful adoption of LaunchDarkly.
• Provide customer feedback to our product and engineering teams.
• Stay informed about our products and processes.
• Ensure all data in tools is current, including SFDC, Outreach, Nooks, Pocus, and Claude.
• Accurately project sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Comfortable and energized in a fast-paced organizational environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven.
• Eager to learn and grow with LaunchDarkly.
• Intellectually curious and ambitious.
• Familiarity with or experience in the developer tool sector is advantageous.
• Experience in selling to mid-market companies is a plus.
