This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee the regional sales strategy for BSI’s Core Training services in Southern Europe.
• Propel revenue growth and enhance market presence.
• Build and nurture a high-performing, client-centric sales team.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Maintain a robust understanding of assurance services and market dynamics.
• Formulate and implement a detailed regional sales strategy.
• Ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce for managing the pipeline and forecasting.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in managing remote and geographically diverse sales teams.
• Strong skills in leadership, coaching, motivation, and team-building.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
