This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

• Development of the platform layer and individual application BFF layer for our proprietary development platform, "Tailor Platform."

• Design and development of an AI Native headless ERP platform.

• Design and implementation of the core architecture for Tailor Platform.

• Design of a business logic execution model based on AI Agents.

• Design of an abstraction layer that connects LLMs with business data and external tools.

• Design of APIs, SDKs, and data models with a headless approach.

• Design and construction of a high-performance, high-reliability infrastructure.

• Development of a development platform aimed at reducing the development time for business systems targeted at large enterprises.

• Experience in the design and development of AI Agents.

• Experience in system design utilizing LLMs.

• Practical experience in API and backend development.

• Adequate development experience in TypeScript or similar languages.

• English proficiency: CEFR B1 or higher (Written communication skills in English may be required depending on the role).

• Experience in ERP or business system development (preferred).

• Experience in SDK or platform development (preferred).

• Experience in designing distributed systems (preferred).

• Experience in integrating with low-level languages such as Go or Rust (preferred).

• Experience contributing to OSS (preferred).

• Experience or inclination towards backend, middleware/infrastructure, ML/AI, or full-stack development.
