This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• **Position Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with legal and R&D teams to create engaging, legally compliant claims for our products and protocols.
• Partner with product marketing to identify competitive differentiators.
• Transform claims into engaging storytelling elements for product detail pages (PDPs) on marketplaces, Shopify, landing pages, product-focused emails, and more.
• Work alongside various teams to uphold and implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) research to enhance the visibility of our content in search results.
• Generate and present ideas that effectively showcase concepts and copy across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the SEM and paid social teams on product and protocol advertisements.
• Create promotional and campaign copy for product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure that copy aligns with funnel strategy and brand messaging.
• Assist with ad creative copy as needed, in close collaboration with the marketing team.
• Maintain Brand Voice & Standards.
• Develop and refine brand voice guides for the organization.
• Ensure consistency in the distinct branded voice.
• Curate and manage a dynamic brand voice library, capturing signature quotes to enable authentic content creation at scale.
• Ensure all written materials produced by vendors, contractors, and the internal team adhere to established brand standards.
• Identify and address off-brand copy, providing clear corrective guidance.
• **AI Integration:**
• Utilize AI tools to expedite the creation of first drafts.
• Explore variations in copy and test the effectiveness of hooks.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and writing frameworks to enhance team productivity, identifying opportunities for AI to minimize low-value writing tasks without sacrificing quality or voice integrity.
• **Position Results:**
• Consistent, on-brand written output across all active platforms.
• Copywriting effectiveness is measurably demonstrated through engagement, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
• Timely delivery of scripts and long-form written assets without delays.
• Brand voice guides are documented, preserved, and actively utilized by the team, with AI integrated into the writing process to increase output speed without compromising quality.
• **Basic Qualifications:**
• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• A portfolio showcasing compelling short-form copywriting, preferably for brands within the health and wellness sector.
• Ability to simplify complex scientific principles into clear, concise value statements.
• Proven track record of producing high-performing copy that has a measurable impact on conversion rates.
• Skilled in crafting copy that is friendly to both large language models (LLMs) and search engines while maintaining a human touch.
• Capable of narrating captivating stories where every word is crucial.
• Experience in writing for regulated industries, ideally health and wellness.
• Familiarity with collaborating with user-generated content (UGC) creators.
• **Preferred Skills:**
• Experience in SEO copywriting.
• Background in nutrition, longevity science, or the pharmaceutical industry.
