This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Newsletters that capture attention: You create weekly emails that engage readers, whether sharing a recipe or promoting a sale, always featuring subject lines that encourage clicks.
• Strategic content development: You collaborate with founder Stef to plan topics across all channels, relying on trends, community insights, and current resonance rather than intuition.
• Performance-oriented content management: You publish videos and other media on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, crafting titles and descriptions that attract clicks, and comprehending the importance of a compelling CTA.
• Persuasive and appealing copy: Whether it's product descriptions, advertisements, or blog posts, you maintain our tone, target the right audience, and produce content that transcends mere SEO jargon.
• In touch with the community: You understand our audience's motivations, responding to inquiries in a way that makes them feel acknowledged and valued.
• Final review before publication: Prior to content going live, you conduct a thorough review — checking for spelling, tone, and formatting to ensure everything presented is polished.
• Background in content creation: You have experience as a copywriter, content creator, or in email marketing, preferably within the food, health, or lifestyle sectors.
• Your writing drives conversions: You craft more than just aesthetically pleasing sentences; you write with a keen understanding of the brand, the audience, and the importance of the “Buy now” click.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo: You understand email marketing tools, segmentation, and recognize that a high open rate is the result of strategic efforts.
• AI tools are part of your routine: You utilize tools like Claude or Jasper for text optimization and automation, not as substitutes for thought but as enhancements.
• Proficient with technology and tools: You are at ease with modern cloud applications (such as Asana, Google Workspace, Claude) and enjoy exploring new software; if you're only familiar with Word and Excel, this may not be the right role for you.
• Self-motivated and process-driven: You can manage your tasks independently and thrive in well-structured processes without needing constant guidance.
• Flexible working environment: Write when and where inspiration strikes best — enjoy a hybrid setup across Germany, with one or two team days each month in Würzburg.
• Your writing makes a difference: Your work doesn’t get lost in a folder; it reaches a growing community, allowing you to see which subject lines engage and which CTAs drive conversions.
