• Collaborates with account strategists and clients to develop a monthly email marketing strategy for designated accounts.
• Composes campaigns and automated emails as well as SMS messages for assigned accounts.
• Creates landing page and advertisement copy to bolster acquisition initiatives.
• Engages and communicates effectively with key stakeholders (e.g., account managers, designers, etc.).
• Ensures meticulous attention to detail on all materials produced (e.g., verifying grammar, spelling, punctuation, and compliance with client brand standards).
• Maintains organization of creative files.
• Conducts research and remains informed about industry trends and strategies to enhance copy for improved campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborates closely with the copy team to further departmental objectives.
• Actively participates in client onboarding processes.
• Keeps all relevant copywriting and marketing certifications current.
• Preference for a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two years' experience in writing emails and advertisement copy for B2C or B2B brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful acquisition and retention campaigns (e.g., advertisements, landing pages, sales pages, emails, SMS, etc.).
• Knowledge of A/B testing techniques and data analysis to guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and flawless execution of all assigned tasks.
• Experience in e-commerce is necessary.
