Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Craft compelling copy that drives conversions for paid advertising channels (Meta, Google, video)

• Design landing pages and product detail pages

• Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives (email and SMS for acquisition, onboarding, and retention)

• Collaborate with growth and creative teams to test and refine messaging

• Create website and product copy that effectively conveys value

• Assist in product launches by providing messaging and campaign assets

• Draft scripts for video, social media, and influencer content

• Uphold a consistent and empathetic brand voice

• Distill complex or clinical concepts into accessible, engaging content

• Produce patient-facing materials (onboarding, in-app content, educational resources)

• Enhance customer support and CX communications

• Develop educational materials (guides, checklists) that foster trust

• Contribute to blogging and content development initiatives

• Collaborate with clinical and product teams to ensure accuracy

• Manage copy from initial brief to final delivery across various projects

• Work collaboratively across functions to advance initiatives

• Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

• Track market trends to ensure messaging remains relevant

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in copywriting (marketing/direct response)

• Demonstrated expertise in creating ads, landing pages, emails, and SMS content

• Experience in lifecycle and retention marketing

• Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to simplify complex topics with emotional clarity

• Excellent command of written English with a keen eye for tone and detail

• Familiarity with AI tools paired with solid editorial judgment

• Strong skills in collaboration and organization

• Capacity to work independently with little supervision
