Copy Supervisor – HCP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Supervise the copywriting team.

• Ensure the production of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.

• Conduct research on issues, solutions, and target audiences to generate impactful ideas that drive action.

• Implement strategy and craftsmanship in writing within the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector.

• Utilize copy to inspire and influence both target audiences and team members.

• Collaborate with various departments to bring messaging to life across digital platforms.

• Oversee complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams.

• Execute all other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education with professional experience) is required.

• 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical writing is preferred.

• Experience in high science areas, such as oncology or HIV, is preferred.

• A portfolio/book showcasing conceptual work, digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions, and banners.

• Proficiency in writing for a digital landscape, including strategy development, banners, websites, and SEO.

• Experience managing complex projects involving both internal and external account and creative teams.
