Copilot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and tailor solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

• Create copilots by leveraging Copilot Studio topics, prompts, actions, and generative AI capabilities.

• Integrate copilots seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and external systems.

• Construct and set up Power Automate flows to facilitate Copilot actions.

• Develop and utilize REST APIs and connectors to enhance Copilot functionalities.

• Implement prompt engineering best practices to guarantee precise, relevant, and secure AI outputs.

• Enforce security measures, access controls, and governance in accordance with enterprise standards.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize use cases for Copilot.

• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance Copilot performance and user experience.

• Produce technical documentation and aid in knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Experience in API integration and working with data connectors.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems.

• Knowledge of conversational AI design and principles of prompt engineering.

• Awareness of data security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
