This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training sessions covering: Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams Copilot, Outlook Copilot, Word Copilot, Excel Copilot, PowerPoint Copilot, SharePoint, and OneDrive integrations.
• Educate employees on the responsible, secure, and effective use of AI in their daily workflows.
• Showcase real-world business applications and productivity improvements utilizing Copilot tools.
• Facilitate workshops on prompt engineering and sessions on AI best practices.
• Offer personalized mentoring and coaching to individuals.
• Develop training materials which include: User guides, Quick-reference sheets, Videos and tutorials, Hands-on labs, eLearning modules, Prompt libraries, and templates.
• Create role-specific learning paths for executives, managers, and end users.
• Update training content as Microsoft rolls out Copilot enhancements and new AI features.
• Serve as the main point of contact for team members interested in AI-enabled technologies, productivity tools, automation, and customized solutions.
• Lead the requirements-gathering process, converting business needs into prospective solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and other AI tools.
• Implement, configure, and oversee Microsoft Copilot within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Establish and execute best practices for AI-assisted workflows and automation.
• Diagnose Copilot-related technical problems, performance issues, and security risks.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to guarantee data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Assess Copilot updates, enhancements, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Provide technical training and documentation for teams utilizing AI-powered tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• US citizenship is required by the Federal Client.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Over 3 years of experience working with OpenAI GPT models, whether through Copilot or directly via Azure AI or OpenAI.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot tools.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering practices.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to clarify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in creating training materials and educational content.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, and Microsoft productivity suites (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Office 365).
• Capability to instruct and guide both enterprise and end users on interacting with Copilot (prompts, document context, instructions, agentic) to optimize output and interpret generated content for insight and decision-making support.
• Integrate Copilot into business operations, facilitating the introduction of functionality into workflows.
• Define Copilot use cases by aligning business needs with Copilot functionalities, maximizing usage without customizations, and providing design recommendations for necessary customizations.
• Ability to promote the adoption of AI technologies and productivity tools across diverse business units.
• Proficiency in AI automation, machine learning models, and NLP-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills for technical debugging and optimization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Robust understanding of IT Service Facilitation processes and methodologies.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating needs into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, and effectively presenting solutions.
• PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) certification is required by the start date.
