Coordinator, Supplier Management – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Ensure content validation across GDS channels and displays.

• Perform regular audits on air and/or hotel content.

• Execute real-time fare and rate audits.

• Identify inefficiencies in content loading and validation processes.

• Diagnose discrepancies and ascertain their causes.

• Effectively communicate analyses with internal regional teams and highlight recommended actions based on findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Sabre and Amadeus systems.

• Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly in air and/or hotel sectors.

• Familiarity with data validation, QA processes, or auditing workflows.

• Ability to interpret data and detect discrepancies or anomalies.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Understanding of airline fare regulations or hotel rate distribution is advantageous.
