Coordinator, PreAudit Outgoing Correspondence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate, review, and prepare outgoing Audit Letters daily.

• Track all outgoing letters utilizing Excel spreadsheets.

• Achieve quality and productivity targets as specified by service level agreements.

• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulations to ensure the confidentiality of information.

• Raise issues to management and manage follow-up actions as required.

• Communicate and report any system or workflow issues to the appropriate leadership or team members.

• Monitor and respond to "Chats" from Providers.

• Manage email correspondence, both internal and external.

• Conduct outbound calls to Providers to assist with portal usage, verify addresses, contact information, and confirm receipt of EXL Request letters.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the audit process and/or company-wide initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous.

• Ability to work in an organized, efficient, and process-driven manner.

• Strong oral and written communication skills along with problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to switch between tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• Effective time management skills; demonstrates a strong ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, whether in a team or independently.

• Familiarity with various software programs is a plus.
