This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• This is a field-based role focused on enhancing revenue generation and resolving cases related to the ongoing provision of ZOLL products/services in collaboration with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff.
• Conduct visits to ZOLL customers and accounts in the field to guarantee the continuous supply of ZOLL’s medical devices for clinically suitable cases.
• Independently assess and work alongside office staff/healthcare providers to highlight patient cases as necessary.
• Employ tailored analysis and the Plan of Care to inform providers or their staff about the patient's next level of care and the potential role of ZOLL’s medical devices.
• Partner with ZOLL TM/RM to ensure patients within a designated area receive the right level of service regarding ZOLL’s medical devices with minimal disruption.
• Oversee the follow-up process by coordinating with other departments, including National Accounts.
• Ensure the timely processing of necessary documentation to avoid delays in the appropriate delivery of services and products.
• Cultivate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of a broad array of specific and diverse payor requirements.
• Provide continuous education and training to hospital and office staff regarding medical device order requirements and workflows.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience is required.
• Experience in the Healthcare/Medical Device field (either Clinical or Billing) is preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate Hospital and Clinic/Practice settings, demonstrating proficiency in hospital flow, document collection, along with competent and confident interactions with providers and patients.
• Capability to proactively plan and work independently while maintaining close collaboration and communication with others.
• A strong sense of urgency and the flexibility to adapt one's schedule as needed.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A problem-solving attitude, taking accountability for each task from initiation to completion.
• Preferred proficiency in MS Office (including Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce.com, Dynamics).
• An effective team player who can also work independently with strong self-motivation.
