This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with routine Learning Management System (LMS) builds, updates, and configurations by utilizing documented templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and established build standards.
• Upload, organize, maintain, and retire learning content within the LMS in accordance with predefined standards.
• Oversee learner enrollments, assignments, access requests, and updates to the course lifecycle.
• Ensure catalog accuracy, maintain metadata, manage version control, and uphold system hygiene across assigned LMS tasks.
• Generate and execute standardized LMS reports, including participation, completion, and compliance tracking.
• Conduct quality checks on the LMS prior to handoff or publishing to guarantee accuracy and consistency in setup.
• Assist with uploads and various administrative functions related to the LMS.
• Detect and escalate system issues, process deficiencies, or risks to the Associate or Senior Manager.
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries directed to the Learning Inbox and LMS support requests.
• Resolve common issues related to LMS access, navigation, enrollment, completion, and learner accounts.
• Provide prompt and professional communication regarding support requests, updates on status, and next steps.
• Accurately document issues and escalate complex technical problems or requests that exceed defined parameters.
• Support learners and internal stakeholders by adhering to established support protocols and escalation procedures.
• Track assigned LMS requests, tasks, and deliverables utilizing designated tracking and documentation tools.
• Maintain precise records, documentation, status updates, and project artifacts related to assigned responsibilities.
• Assist with scheduling LMS-related meetings and maintaining necessary supporting documentation as required.
• Identify potential delays, missing information, or obstacles and proactively communicate them to the Associate or Senior Manager.
• Verify that assigned LMS activities meet documented criteria and quality standards prior to handoff.
• Support Learning Services delivery activities while ensuring that broader project ownership remains with the appropriate project lead or stakeholder.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in administration, operations, customer support, training coordination, project coordination, learning support, education, healthcare, or a related field.
• Coursework in learning technology, LMS, training, education, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience working within structured processes, SOPs, or administrative workflows.
• Proven ability to support multiple concurrent tasks, requests, or projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing various priorities, deadlines, or requests simultaneously.
• Familiarity with business systems, databases, software applications, or other technology platforms to perform day-to-day tasks.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new technology systems and processes.
• Experience with or support of a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Background in supporting learning, training, education, enablement, or customer support programs.
• Experience with content administration, reporting, user management, or system support activities.
• Familiarity with regulated, compliance-focused, or quality-oriented environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and business systems to manage tasks and track progress.
• Ability to learn new software systems and technology platforms efficiently.
• Capability to follow documented SOPs, checklists, templates, and processes diligently.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
