This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Governance and Network Engagement Team in executing strategic meetings for WWF's governance and advisory groups.
• Organize meetings and manage calendars for key governance bodies while facilitating logistics for in-person gatherings.
• Compile final meeting documentation packages by coordinating contributions, arranging files and versions, editing content, and generating clear PDFs.
• Maintain governance databases that track agendas, actions, decisions, and terms.
• Organize team meetings and retreats, including logistical arrangements and agenda creation.
• Convert complex information into clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials.
• Conduct research, verify facts, and create reports and preparatory documents to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee team documents, manage the internal file system, and maintain the Network Governance Hub on OneWWF.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense handling, correspondence, and briefing materials.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to assist with budget management.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Senior Advisor.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in research, coordination, or as an assistant supporting senior management at an executive level.
• Proven capability to produce clean, visually appealing materials utilizing PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.
• Experience with data entry, travel planning, and providing administrative assistance.
• Proficient in using Adobe and Microsoft applications, particularly PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, follow-up, and deadline management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and handle multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Strong visual design skills and aesthetic judgment, with experience in designing through PowerPoint or similar software.
