Coordinator Digital – Bilingual, German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or video calls.

• Support customers with the vehicle rental and pickup process.

• Confirm customer details and provide relevant assistance.

• Provide technical support during vehicle pickup.

• Work in conjunction with SIXT branches across various countries.

• Initiate calls to promote additional sales and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English (knowledge of other languages like Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch is advantageous).

• Capable of understanding and forecasting customer needs.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

• Willingness to work night shifts.

• Quick problem identification and effective solution proposal skills.
