This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the team queue by prioritizing tasks and escalating issues as necessary.
• Oversee remote hands activities and deliver comprehensive technical instructions during incidents.
• Provide support for infrastructure projects within global data center environments.
• Assist in the delivery of co-location projects, including installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Contribute to data center build-outs and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers, offering detailed technical guidance for hardware deployments, troubleshooting, and remediation efforts.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with out-of-hours incidents and escalations.
• Keep accurate records in the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) system as changes are made in the environment.
• Maintain precise inventory logs within the stock management system.
• Process cross-connect requests, including installations, de-installations, and hot-cut activities.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for circuits and connectivity.
• Coordinate hardware shipments, receiving, and logistics tasks related to data center operations.
• Ensure that operational documentation is kept current and well-maintained.

• Handle company data and information responsibly according to Company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.
• Review and comply with company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including completion of annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting data center operations, infrastructure deployments, or colocation environments is essential.
• Experience with data center hardware, cabling, power, and network infrastructure, along with coordinating third-party vendors and service providers is required.
• Familiarity with DCIM platforms and asset management systems, as well as knowledge of colocation facilities and carrier connectivity services is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation, CDCP, or similar industry certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively across global teams, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional travel is necessary.
• Must be legally eligible to work in India without the need for visa sponsorship.
