This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily setup of CRM campaigns, which includes audience creation, quality assurance for sends, and deployment checklists across email, push, and SMS channels.

• Manage both pre-scheduled and real-time messaging to ensure alignment with player requirements and business goals, swiftly addressing any obstacles that arise.

• Assess and confirm all written content and creative assets for precision, quality, and compliance prior to deployment.

• Guarantee that all CRM communications are executed correctly and punctually to adhere to set deadlines.

• Construct and arrange player bonuses, offers, and onsite banners with direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide a smooth player experience.

• Monitor daily and weekly promotional performance against targets, alerting your manager to any discrepancies.

• Keep thorough documentation of completed tasks, ensuring that all campaign records are accurate and current.


⛳️ Requirements

• Entry-level to 1 year of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Knowledge of CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) — practical experience is a plus; a strong eagerness to learn is essential.

• Proven interest in or practical experience with online casino operations, encompassing slot machines, table games, and promotional mechanics such as free spins, deposit matches, and bonus structures.

• Excellent attention to detail — you identify errors before they go live and prioritize quality.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable seeking clarification and identifying blockers early on.

• Capability to remain organized and manage your time effectively across various tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• A genuine curiosity about players — you consider the experience from the perspective of those engaging with the campaigns you implement.

• A collaborative team player who readily assists colleagues; no task is too small when team support is needed.

• Availability for on-call weekend support to assist with live campaigns during peak player engagement periods.
