Coordinator, Communications – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative assistance for consumer digital campaigns, encompassing email and owned-channel projects.

• Oversee campaign setup, tracking, and reporting utilizing Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Gather and sustain campaign performance reports and metrics using Excel.

• Develop clear PowerPoint presentations to convey campaign insights to stakeholders.

• Organize and preserve the Consumer Communications library, ensuring easy access to campaign records and resources.

• Document and uphold campaign processes, calendars, and workflows for consistency.

• Collaborate with the Consumer Communications team to adhere to campaign timelines and obtain necessary approvals.

• Act as a central point of coordination among various teams for campaign execution inquiries.

• Provide general administrative support for meetings, materials, and project coordination as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing operations, or digital marketing support.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks at once.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data aggregation, and PowerPoint for presentation creation.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, especially for internal operational communication.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.

• Familiarity with consumer behavior and trends in digital communication is preferred.
