This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Ensure the management of independent resources.
• Recruitment and evaluation of suppliers.
• Initiate the search for a Supplier Company.
• Review, compare, and select supplier companies.
• Follow up on the signing of commercial agreements.
• Manage onboarding with administration for the payment process induction.
• Create WhatsApp groups for supplier companies.
• Notify and manage the registration of supplier companies.
• Conduct background checks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Essential to have a computer with more than 8GB of RAM.
• Strong knowledge of geography at a global level.
• Proficiency in internet search tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).
• Ability to create professional presentations in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Visio (or other diagramming tools).
• Knowledge and use of Google Earth.
• Generate reports for comparative analysis.
• Knowledge and management of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to develop and execute action plans.
• Familiarity with the Ishikawa diagram.
• Proficient use of WhatsApp for internal and external communication.
• Knowledge of ticket management systems and problem resolution.
• Validation of documentation (validities, signatures, formats); advanced Excel; Visio, Google Earth.
