This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Ensure the management of independent resources, including the hiring and evaluation of suppliers to meet necessary requirements and geographic area.

β€’ Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break)


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.

β€’ Essential: Computer equipment (8GB RAM).

β€’ Strong knowledge of geography at a global level.

β€’ Proficiency in internet search tools and the ability to find relevant information across different countries and sources.

β€’ Advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).

β€’ Ability to create professional and effective presentations in PowerPoint, utilizing charts, tables, and other visual elements; as well as mind maps to help visualize and organize complex information.

β€’ Skill in organizing and presenting data clearly and concisely using the aforementioned tools.

β€’ Proficiency in Visio (or other diagramming tools) for creating flowcharts, organizational charts, and other types of diagrams.

β€’ Knowledge and proficiency in Google Earth for visualizing geographic information.

β€’ Generate reports to conduct comparative price analyses, identifying highs and lows.

β€’ Analyze data and draw relevant conclusions for decision-making.

β€’ Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs), trend analysis (waves), and service level agreements (SLAs).

β€’ Capability to develop and execute action plans based on data analysis and available information.

β€’ Knowledge and use of the Ishikawa diagram (or cause-and-effect diagram) for problem-solving.

β€’ Proficient in using WhatsApp for internal and external communication.

β€’ Understanding of systems for ticket management and problem resolution.

β€’ Required knowledge: Documentation validation (validity, signatures, formats); advanced Excel; Visio, Google Earth, flowcharts, Ishikawa diagram.
