This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Respond to incoming calls and make outgoing calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain ongoing communication with associates and clients to assess service quality.
• Act as a liaison between associates and the Office Manager.
• Manage and maintain the schedule for interviews and meetings, ensuring timely confirmations.
• Coordinate logistics for interviews (room bookings, virtual meetings, materials).
• Support recruitment processes, hiring, orientations, and disciplinary actions.
• Adjust the schedule according to changes or conflicts.
• Coordinate interviews, evaluations, and follow-up meetings.
• Assist in sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.
• Perform payroll tasks (time sheet verification, phone records, data entry).
• Keep documentation of employment records and personnel files up to date.
• Fulfill on-call coordinator duties when necessary.
• Assist with general office tasks and administrative functions.
• Advanced English (90%+).
• ESSENTIAL, knowledge of BrightStar or ABS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and clients.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Sense of urgency and empathy.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
