This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Maintenance of the environment, with a primary focus on planning the migration to the new technologies adopted by the company.
• Provide mentorship to team members to assist them in enhancing their development skills as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the software engineering manager and the architecture and product teams.
• Conduct pull requests and code reviews aimed at best coding practices and security issues.
• Work alongside product areas to create accurate delivery estimates.
• Coordinate production releases and fulfill tasks outside of regular working hours when necessary.
• Offer guidance to developers to improve their skills, thereby increasing the overall quality of the team.
• Ability to communicate concepts, ideas, and technical topics to non-technical professionals.
