This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Management and Development of the Team;
• Daily monitoring of key KPIs;
• Analyze performance deviations and swiftly implement action plans;
• Ensure the team meets individual and collective targets;
• Report results and insights to the Executive Board;
• Ensure the team executes tasks correctly (contact cadence, follow-ups, portfolio organization);
• Monitor proper use of the CRM (updates, pipeline, records);
• Track SLA for service and renewal;
• Ensure operational predictability (volume of renewals and opportunities);
• Create specific campaigns (e.g., focus on digital certificates or trademark registration);
• Directly engage with at-risk or strategic clients;
• Adjust approaches based on base behavior;
• Identify areas for improvement in commercial approaches;
• Ensure speech standardization and best practices;
• Work on continuous improvement of conversion;
• Identify bottlenecks in operations (e.g., delays in renewal, loss of timing, low conversion);
• Support automation and improvements in collaboration with other departments;
• Monitor team goals and progress;
• Team Management: Ability to lead, develop, and oversee executives (Junior, Mid-level, Senior), providing feedback, one-on-one meetings, performance tracking, and development plans (PDI).
• Revenue Indicator Management: Monitoring and managing KPIs, renewal rates, conversion, average ticket, upsell, cross-sell, and LTV, ensuring goal achievement.
• Implementation of Commercial Strategies: Ability to translate strategies set by the executive team into actionable plans for the team, ensuring consistency in execution.
• Advanced Knowledge of Products and Services: Mastery of products (plans, digital certificates, trademark registration, and additional services) to guide the team and assist in negotiations.
• CRM and Pipeline Management: Overseeing operations through CRM, ensuring portfolio organization, revenue predictability, and proper opportunity management.
• Retention and Expansion Strategies: Capability to structure and monitor retention actions, churn reversal, and revenue expansion within the client base.
• Performance Monitoring and Sales Coaching: Conducting listening sessions, role plays, training, and close monitoring for team development.
• Optimization of Operational Processes: Identifying bottlenecks in operations and implementing improvements in workflows, cadences, and playbooks.
• Collaboration with Strategic Areas: Joint action with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to continuously enhance the customer journey and increase results.
• Prior experience in leading commercial teams (Inside Sales, Retention, or Customer Success);
