This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aimed at achieving the company's established goals.
• Lead training sessions and development programs for external sales representatives (store staff).
• Monitor sales indicators to ensure results are met.
• Identify new clients while supporting the sales representative.
• Ensure compliance with the company's commercial processes and policies.
• Conduct visits to potential clients to expand business opportunities (finishing stores and construction materials; construction sites, builders, architects).
• Strong background in active prospecting and business development.
• Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Availability for fieldwork (São Paulo and the entire Greater São Paulo area).
• Flexibility for frequent visits to potential clients.
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Initial training of 15 days fully funded by the company.
• Travel expenses covered by the company for external visits.
