This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Participate in the Technical Refinement (weekly/biweekly) to detail solutions and identify risks.
• Assist the PO in validating the technical feasibility of stories prior to the sprint.
• Break down stories into technical tasks and estimate effort with the team.
• Monitor implementation during the sprint, reviewing code and architecture.
• Attend the Daily to identify technical impediments and support the team.
• Lead the technical refinement with the development, infrastructure, and data teams.
• Assist in creating Change Requests and defending them in CAB/TAB when necessary.
• Ensure that the delivered solution aligns with the architectural standards of Grupo Equatorial.
• Participate in the Review (System Demo) to technically validate the delivery.
• Collaborate with the EP (Project Executor) in the daily management of the team.
• Strong knowledge in solution architecture, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in large-scale projects (CRM, digital channels, AI, data).
• Ability to make technical decisions with trade-offs between deadlines, quality, and cost.
• Technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge in security, LGPD, and compliance.
• GRADUATE DEGREE - COMPLETED.
• 100% remote work.

• Presentation of technical feasibility, architecture, and status in committees.
