This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Align the leadership team and foster accountability across the organization.
• Implement the business strategy following the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
• Ensure that all key business functions—operations, sales, marketing, finance, and client delivery—are synchronized and operating efficiently.
• Provide a 5-star experience to clients while establishing clarity, discipline, and consistency within the business.
• Promote team health, address cross-functional challenges, and maintain team alignment and focus.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues utilizing the IDS™ (Identify, Discuss, Solve) method.
• Supervise daily operations to guarantee the consistent provision of high-quality services.
• Develop and enforce efficient systems, processes, and policies to support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure that resources and goals are aligned.
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior operations or leadership position (COO, GM, etc.).
• Background in a professional services or consulting setting.
• Proficient in managing departments such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Service, HR, and General Administration.
• Comprehensive experience in operations leadership.
• Familiarity with EOS or a strong willingness to embrace it.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results.
• Strong business acumen and systems thinking.
