This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Division President and leaders of profit centers to set priorities, enhance business and financial outcomes, and align the portfolio.
• Drive the implementation and accountability for operational plans, growth strategies, and critical business objectives.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of acquired businesses while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit and local knowledge.
• Formulate growth strategies and scalable operational frameworks in conjunction with profit center leaders.
• Enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics in collaboration with Finance leadership.
• Manage operational performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, eliminate obstacles, and bolster execution.
• Identify and assess opportunities for expansion, acquisitions, partnerships, capacity, and new business ventures.
• Cultivate relationships with capacity providers, distribution partners, and key clients.
• Collaborate on capacity initiatives, data strategies, broker and distribution strategies, technology enablement, and shared objectives.
• Modernize systems, enhance data integrity, increase automation and artificial intelligence, and introduce solutions that improve performance.
• Guide organizational transformation, technology implementations, and the evolution of operating models.
• Promote a high-performance culture while supporting organizational design, staffing, succession planning, recruitment, development, performance management, and compensation programs.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in insurance, financial services, or similar sectors, including senior roles in operations, business units, or enterprise leadership.
• Proven experience in leading decentralized organizations with diverse business models, operating companies, or geographic locations.
• Experience in integrating acquired businesses and spearheading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of insurance distribution, delegated authority operations, underwriting, claims management, reinsurance, captive structures, or other specialized insurance models.
• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new business models, products, distribution channels, and market segments.
• Track record of successfully driving business performance and achieving financial and operational goals in complex, multi-business organizations.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Technology, Team Resources, Compliance, Legal, and other shared services functions.
