This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Supervise and enhance daily store operations

• Oversee fulfillment, supplier relationships, inventory management, and performance metrics

• Detect bottlenecks early and proactively address them independently

• Organize and optimize all content workflows

• Manage planning, deadlines, and ensure team accountability

• Guarantee consistent, high-quality, and timely content delivery

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and automation systems

• Introduce tools to boost efficiency across various departments

• Establish scalable systems that function seamlessly

• Lead daily and weekly meetings while coordinating cross-functional teams

• Communicate effectively and provide actionable next steps

• Mentor teams, uphold accountability, and enhance performance

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-performance e-commerce or agency environment

• Strong leadership abilities and team management expertise

• Excellent communication skills: clear, decisive, and solution-focused

• Experience in creating SOPs, systems, and organizational frameworks

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple departments simultaneously

• Thrives in dynamic environments with numerous moving components

• Full-time availability (40+ hours) with flexibility on weekends
