This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee file management from inception to completion while providing support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Address client inquiries, draft documents, and facilitate settlements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure the confidentiality of information.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian conveyancing is essential.
• Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service.
• At least 2 years of direct customer interaction experience (both written and phone-based) with clients from Australia, New Zealand, the United States, or the United Kingdom.
• Capacity to anticipate the needs of both team members and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for consistent engagement.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
• Highly efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
