Conveyancing Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Become part of our team as a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal in a flexible position.

• Assist a group of paralegals throughout the conveyancing process.

• Provide daily mentorship to junior paralegal team members.

• Work in partnership with the Queensland Settlement Lead while minimizing direct client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced conveyancing setting.

• Proven track record in managing complete conveyancing transactions.

• Strong knowledge and confidence in all aspects of QLD conveyancing.

• Ability to support the entire residential conveyancing process, including settlements, contract reviews, drafting, stamping, negotiations, and communication with authorities.

• Previous experience or a willingness to receive training to work across various jurisdictions.
