Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, A/B Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and assess A/B and multivariate tests across various customer interaction points including landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.

• Discover conversion opportunities by conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

• Formulate hypotheses and testing plans aimed at enhancing conversion rates, boosting revenue, and improving customer engagement.

• Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and marketers to carry out and assess test variations.

• Evaluate user behavior utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and other similar platforms.

• Track key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights based on the outcomes of tests.

• Generate comprehensive reports that detail test performance, insights, and their impact on the business.

• Persistently enhance the customer experience through continuous experimentation and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and digital experimentation.

• Demonstrated practical experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests within e-commerce settings.

• Essential experience with Shopify.

• In-depth understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and e-commerce conversion funnels.

• Proficiency in testing, analytics, and behavioral analysis tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for converting data into actionable insights.

• Experience partnering with designers and developers to implement test variations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Availability during CET business hours.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
