This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement CRO initiatives.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Collect, interpret, and convert analytics data into actionable recommendations.
• Utilize UI/UX best practices and insights into user behavior to pinpoint areas of friction.
• Create functional requirements for product managers and development teams.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to data and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from various departments within the organization.
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a CRO, digital analytics, product management, or a UX-focused position.
• Experience in a media, publishing, or subscription-based industry is considered an asset.
• Proven ability to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) and data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
