This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Taking charge of the CRO roadmap for brands utilizing Shopify.
• Creating and executing A/B tests focused on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX modifications.
• Conducting audits on landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout processes to pinpoint areas of friction.
• Prioritizing testing initiatives based on traffic levels, objectives, and potential for improvement.
• Utilizing tools such as Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to extract valuable insights.
• Communicating findings with clear recommendations—deciding whether to retest, implement, or expand.
• Collaborating with design, development, and media teams to execute tests efficiently and effectively.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in working with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands.
• In-depth understanding of sales funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Replo (or similar landing page builders), and Intelligems (or other A/B testing platforms).
• Fully remote position with a flexible working environment.
