Conversion Manager, Spanish-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct introductory calls with newly registered clients to familiarize them with the platform.

• Guide clients through essential platform features, assisting them in making significant initial steps toward activation.

• Enhance client conversion by actively engaging users and encouraging them to become active participants on the platform.

• Update clients on platform enhancements, new features, or critical changes.

• Address initial inquiries from clients and provide clear, supportive guidance.

• Keep precise records of client interactions and follow-up actions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance the onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with comfort in phone-based client interactions.

• Customer-focused approach with the capability to quickly establish rapport.

• Previous experience in a conversion, retention, or client success position.

• Knowledge of fintech, trading platforms, or digital products.

• Experience with CRM systems and client outreach processes.
