This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Analyze, develop, document, code, test, and convert client data into Keystone utilizing standard coding practices.
• Responsible for adhering to instructions to maintain and code primary table records with intermediate accuracy.
• Exhibit entry-level skills in analyzing and resolving programming challenges that meet client requirements.
• Your responsibilities include participating in and contributing to development team meetings, assisting with paired programming tasks, and collaborating with fellow developers to convert client data.
• Required to complete the conversion of a smaller client database with an asset size under $500 million, supported by the team.
• Ability to convert databases with fewer than 15 post-programmatic conversion issues.
• Successfully complete the conversion of simultaneous core and external vendor data.
• Expected to follow and execute all conversion day procedures with team assistance.
• Capable of managing all conversion day (and weekend) responsibilities with support.
• Must possess multi-tasking abilities; organizational skills are essential to effectively manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills with project resources; collaborate effectively with team members and assist others willingly.
• Demonstrate focused time management skills that are organized and able to establish and follow through on priorities with input from Lead and/or Management.
• Must adhere to and meet project deadlines with minimal management escalation.
• Required to perform complex data transfers, interface development, and vendor cross-reference files with support.
• Interface code must receive approval prior to code check-in.
• Responsible for running and verifying post-conversion fixes.
• Run and validate standard auxiliary conversions for CSV templates.
• Execute and verify non-standard auxiliary conversions for external vendors.
• Manage manual merger programs for any client size.
• Serve in a support role when assigned to address client relations issues.
• Regularly meet with conversion analysts to gather requirements and review relevant credit union application specifications under general supervision/guidance.
• Engage in ongoing training and education to enhance your knowledge of Keystone.
• Proficient in SQL and capable of writing queries against complex database structures.
