Conversational Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create conversational flows for chatbots and voicebots utilizing Google Dialogflow CX/ES.

• Develop intents, entities, utterances, contexts, and strategies for dialogue management.

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders, developers, and UX teams to craft user-friendly conversational experiences.

• Enhance bot efficiency through ongoing training, testing, and the review of analytics.

• Design strategies for fallback handling, error recovery flows, and escalation paths to live agents.

• Integrate conversational platforms with APIs, webhooks, CRM systems, and contact center solutions.

• Perform user testing and refine conversation flows based on customer interactions.

• Keep conversational design documentation and best practices up to date.

• Support multilingual and omnichannel conversational experiences as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Conversational Design, Voice Bot Design, or Conversation UX.

• Practical experience with Dialogflow CX/ES and Google CCAI.

• Strong grasp of NLP concepts, including intents, entities, utterances, contexts, and conversation flows.

• Background in designing conversational interactions for IVR, voice bots, or chatbots.

• Exceptional writing, communication, and interaction design abilities.

• Capability to translate intricate business processes into straightforward conversational experiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
