This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Work in close collaboration with Solution Engineers and Demo Engineering to create and present impactful, AI-enhanced demonstrations.
• Perform thorough Conversation Assessments and data evaluations to identify areas of opportunity.
• Generate and develop high-quality synthetic dialogues and AI model behaviors.
• Create dashboards that effectively convey a compelling business narrative.
• Oversee the design of QA automation frameworks to optimize projection and coverage.
• Plan and design scalable demo accounts that can be set up as sandbox environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of contact center operations, performance metrics, and workflows across sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
• Strong insight into the evolving technologies of contact centers and the tools utilized by agents on a daily basis.
• At least 3+ years of experience in conversational design, including the development of bots, virtual agents, AI-driven workflows, or conversation analytics solutions.
• Awareness of industry-specific challenges and structural changes affecting contact center sectors today.
• Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
