Conversational AI Consultant, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements for Conversational AI projects.

• Discover automation possibilities in collaboration with business stakeholders and clients.

• Develop conversation flows and user journeys for chatbots and voicebots.

• Create conversation logic, prompts, and documentation for processes.

• Set up Conversational AI platforms such as Kore.ai, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie.

• Assist with API integrations between Conversational AI platforms and enterprise systems.

• Configure NLP models, intents, entities, and manage dialogue.

• Aid in the implementation of text-to-speech and voice automation features.

• Conduct functional, NLP, and end-to-end solution testing.

• Identify challenges, suggest enhancements, and facilitate successful implementation.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and client stakeholders.

• Develop solution documentation and implementation artifacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in delivering chatbot, voicebot, or Conversational AI projects.

• Hands-on experience with at least one leading Conversational AI platform such as Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie.

• Excellent skills in gathering business requirements and analyzing processes.

• Experience in designing conversation flows and automation logic.

• Familiarity with NLP concepts including intents, entities, training phrases, and dialogue management.

• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

• Experience in testing chatbot or automation solutions.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English.
