Conversational AI Chat Bot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Designing and refining conversational chatbot solutions in relation to Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent for client implementation initiatives.

• Collaborating as part of the TTEC Digital project team to enhance and advance software developed in JavaScript.

• Coding and testing various projects.

• Delivering high-quality software within established timelines.

• Participating in meetings and training sessions as necessary.

• Conducting system analysis and project management tasks to ensure successful project completion.

• Possessing excellent customer-facing presentation skills with the capability to create new solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences.

• Exercising considerable discretion in establishing objectives and strategies for engagements.

• Identifying and resolving code errors for development and future concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building and delivering Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems, including solutions based on Large Language Models (LLM) or Generative AI.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, encompassing design, custom development (JavaScript, Python, Java), and testing of real-time systems.

• Over 5 years of experience with JavaScript.

• Familiarity with products such as DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.

• Practical experience in modern chatbot creation, AI Virtual Agents, or Agent Assist.

• Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), NICE CXone, and CXone Studio is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and mentor colleagues.
