Conversational AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, test, and implement conversational experiences.

• Advance and improve chat and voice solutions.

• Perform thorough testing procedures for Agent functionality.

• Keep technical documentation updated for conversational designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• At least 2 years dedicated to building and deploying conversational AI systems.

• Solid skills in Python or Node.js.

• Experience working with APIs, JSON formats, and web service integration techniques.

• Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow and Playbooks.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong understanding of NLU and NLP principles.
