This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Outline business processes and convert them into conversational requirements.
• Create and suggest modular conversation solutions and user experience-focused flows for both new and existing use cases.
• Adopt a hands-on approach to developing conversations.
• Examine interaction logs and performance data to pinpoint bottlenecks.
• Maintain the quality of the 'AI brain' through thorough testing and review of flows, prompts, and configurations.
• Participate in our global discourse on architecture and assist in creating a library of reusable components and best practices.
• Currently residing in Portugal (proximity to Aveiro is advantageous).
• Valid work authorization for Portugal is mandatory.
• Demonstrated capability to manage stakeholders, simplify complex ideas for presentation, and facilitate client-facing workshops or discovery sessions.
• Proficiency in natural dialogue design and strong 'persona-driven' writing skills for prompts and user-facing messages.
• Extensive knowledge of prompt engineering (LLMs); strong logical reasoning; comfortable working with JSON/YAML configurations and analyzing system logs.
• Ability to interpret conversation data to define test cases and evaluate qualitative AI performance.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticket-based workflows.
