• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in language instruction or corporate training is preferred.

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency.

• Comfortable with teaching via video conferencing platforms.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Professional, engaging, and focused on learners' needs.

• A quiet workspace with a dependable internet connection is necessary.

• Consistent 40-hour work schedule commitment.

• Availability to work during a fixed Paris Time shift: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM.

• A dedicated and stable workspace for remote work is required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or newer, or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma).

• Intel Core i5 12th generation / i7 11th generation or equivalent, or Mac M1 processor.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• At least 20 GB of free disk space.

• High-speed internet connection with 10 Mbps download and upload speeds.
