This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Create and produce design drawings and documentation for control systems utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist in the design of building automation and control systems for HVAC and related systems under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Help with layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel designs for control systems.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines to ensure a cohesive and integrated design deliverable.
• Participate in low-voltage system design initiatives, including controls, fire alarm, and related systems as necessary.
• Update and manage project documentation, ensuring precision and adherence to project standards.
• Aid in design reviews by integrating feedback and implementing required modifications.
• Support the preparation of submittals, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation.
• Adhere to internal QA/QC processes and relevant industry standards and codes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–6+ years of experience in controls design, building systems, or low-voltage systems.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is highly preferred; experience with AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of BAS/BMS systems, DDC controls, and their integration with HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with fire alarm and/or other low-voltage systems (security, communications) is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Capable of working effectively within a team setting and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow technical directives.
