This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the design and documentation of control systems for critical mission projects, including extensive data centers.
• Create and generate control system design drawings and models utilizing Revit software.
• Aid in the design of building automation and control systems for HVAC and associated systems under the mentorship of senior engineers.
• Support the development of layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel designs for control systems.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines to ensure a cohesive and integrated design delivery.
• Participate in low-voltage system design initiatives, including controls, fire alarm, and related systems as necessary.
• Update and maintain project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and conformity with project standards.
• Facilitate design reviews by integrating feedback and implementing required modifications.
• Assist in the preparation of submittals, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation.
• Adhere to internal QA/QC processes as well as relevant industry standards and codes.
• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in controls design, building systems, or extra low-voltage systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential, with at least 1 year of continuous use.
• Fundamental knowledge of BAS/BMS systems, DDC controls, and their integration with HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with fire alarm and/or other low-voltage systems (security, communications) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Capable of working efficiently in a team setting and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adhere to technical guidance.
