This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Mentor, coach, and train Daikin’s service and solutions sales team to implement consultative selling techniques.
• Support the creation of a strategic business plan aimed at achieving district sales targets.
• Coordinate sales initiatives to identify and secure opportunities for energy-efficient HVAC systems.
• Prepare and present pipeline reports, sales activities, and business strategies.
• Collaborate with controls and energy engineering teams to evaluate operating costs.
• Promote the Daikin brand at regional marketing events, including trade shows.
• Bachelor’s Degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-6+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, energy, or a related field.
• Extensive technical knowledge of procurement processes and contracting options.
• Familiarity with Tridium Niagara-based or similar Open Protocol Systems and Building Automation System Architecture (Preferred).
• Experience in Facility Management (Preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
