Controllership Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Record journal entries and carry out account reconciliations

• Assist in the computation and submission of both direct and indirect taxes

• Aid in the preparation of statutory filings (SPED, DCTF, EFD, etc.)

• Oversee invoices and conduct tax analysis

• Support the monthly financial and tax closing processes

• Assist with audits and inspections as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress)

• Understanding of accounting and tax procedures

• Acquainted with statutory filings and tax regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

• Organized and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment

• Previous experience with ERP systems — familiarity with ERP Sapiens is advantageous

• Advanced English proficiency (preferred)
