This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide consulting and support to clients in the areas of Business Intelligence, corporate planning, and group consolidation.
• Collaborate with finance, controlling, and group accounting to analyze functional requirements.
• Create concepts and solution architectures using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
• Design and implement OLAP solutions, reports, dashboards, and planning systems.
• Develop and enhance data integrations from ERP, financial, and upstream systems.
• Assist client projects from initial conception through to go-live.
• Facilitate workshops, end-user training, and presentations on-site with clients.
• Offer long-term support and further development for existing client solutions.
• Aid in presales activities, solution proposals, and client presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Controlling, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, financial planning, and group consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controlling processes.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and optimizing finance and controlling processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when engaging with clients and business units.
• Analytical and structured working style with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Interest in data-driven solutions and a solid understanding of BI and planning systems.
• Proficient in German for effective client consulting and team communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and workshops (approximately once per month).
• Preferred: Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• High level of autonomy: Work independently with a direct impact on client projects and company growth.
