This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance and maintain accurate GAAP accounting records in Quickbooks Online.

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and expenses.

• Oversee treasury functions and disbursements.

• Handle accounts receivable and revenue tracking.

• Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance matters.

• Engage in construction accounting and margin analysis.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance.

• Record invoices and reconcile revenue in accordance with US GAAP.

• Process vendor invoices and schedule related payments.

• Collect accounts receivable and manage cash receipt applications.

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for bank, credit card, and merchant accounts.

• Process payroll while maintaining accurate records, tax filings, and benefits deductions.

• Monitor cash flow and generate periodic cash position reports for management.

• Timely prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management.

• Coordinate with external CPA or tax preparer for quarterly and year-end filings.

• Maintain precise cost-of-goods-sold and margin reports.

• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and internal accounting controls.

• Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and automating tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Over 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, controllership, and systems.

• Strong proficiency in Quickbooks Online and BuilderTrend, including report creation.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to align with U.S. hours (Pacific Time).
