Control & Protection Commissioning Engineer – m/f/d

📋 Description

• Assist in the testing and commissioning of Control & Protection (C&P) systems for projects currently underway in AC, FACTS & HVDC Projects.

• Carry out commissioning tasks, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate with internal teams as well as customer representatives.

• Maintain strong communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the site execution process.

• Track, document, and report on the progress of commissioning activities at the site.

• Ensure that all C&P testing and commissioning processes adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a related field.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the commissioning of substation components, including protection relays, HV substation control systems, SCADA, HMI, and telecommunication systems.

• Proficient understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, interlocking logic, and communication schemes.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Readiness to work on construction sites in Germany and internationally, with optional assignments on offshore platforms.

• Valid German driver's license class B.
